What We Do

Faultgrew Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about whether a provider is available, how fast they respond, or what their work or results will be.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

The content on this site is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded so quality can be checked and billing can be handled. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@faultgrew.property.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Faultgrew Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Faultgrew Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
